If white plays E4, play Na6, the Lemming Defense, most people don't know how to play it so it does give benefits to you.

Yes, definitely, but you also have to consider if white plays D4.
First Steps: Queen's Gambit
https://www.newinchess.com/media/wysiwyg/product_pdf/7652.pdf
is a source of games with explanations intended for those just starting to learn about an opening.

Advice: Go on Chess.com explorer to test out and find out some openings so you can text here and suggest those openings you found out.

Play the King's Indian Defense, this way the Queen's Gambit will not annoy you and be in your thoughts.
yeah i don't like queens gambit
As Black, are you sure that there would be an option that you would prefer?
It's D6, so the Queen's Gambit won't work.
After 1 d4 Nf6, 2 c4 is a common move.
... the thing is i live in a place were scholastic chess is played by a lot of kids who play the italian or goocio piano (idk how 2 spell). all of the ppl my rating know how to play it so my coach says don't play it and i don't like that style.
As Black are you sure that there is something that you would like more? A book like First Steps: 1 e4 e5
https://www.newinchess.com/media/wysiwyg/product_pdf/7790.pdf
would give you a lot of help with that Italian stuff, teach you a lot about chess, and maybe teach your coach a thing or two.
I take what I just wrote back, because it's Nf6, not D6 sorry
The point is that one may well end up having to face 1 d4 and 2 c4.

UGGHHH I said I hate cramped positions.
btw, cramped positions aren't always bad even if you don't like it.

i know how to play italian, it was my first opening in my repotorie
And yet, if I understood you correctly, you indicated that you had trouble in games. That is where the book could help.

I agree with Kindaspongey, the opening book does help you a lot.
