cheese burger

Don't like cheese burgers. Can't eat cheese burgers. Can't eat cheese.
Hamburgers! That's the way to go. Why ruin a great burger with cheese? Savour the beef . . .

Same

Here MacDonalds does not serve Hamburgers.
Hamburgers do not appear on their list of items; however, you can ask for a hamburger (after all, it's just a cheese burger without the cheese) and they will prepare them for you. And, here anyway, the price is reduced because there is no cheese.
Similarly, when I order a pizza, it is without cheese. Ground beef and tomato sauce only. I have only been refused a "cheeseless" pizza once in 50 years. And, about 30 years ago I was given a reduced price by the owner of a pizzeria because, as he explained, it was only fair since cheese is one of the most expensive items on the pizza. Since then I have asked to replace the cheese with ground beef and only be charged for a "regular" pizza. In 30 years, I have been refused that only twice and in both instances I never returned to that place of business. Why would I if I'm not treated fairly?
Just don't get me started on Poutine (french fries with gravy and cheese curds) . . .

In Canada, Harvey's "makes a hamburger a beautiful thing."
5 Guys does make great burgers, but their fries are even better and really inexpensive. Like the free peanuts, too . . .

Harvey's is a glorified Carls Jr. Blah.
I've dined at both and have to disagree. Harvey's much, much better . . . But, we all have different tastes.
