komodochess says it's the Komodo engine, but it did not get banned. deeprybka3 was a chess engine, and it got banned.

The komodo account is a site official account. The other was not.
As to why the latter was closed, the member broke the rules and it wasn't a site account.

Why did the account for the Rybka chess engine close down, but not the Komodo chess engine?
