ChessBase 9 + Fritz 12 question

I just reformatted my PC and had to reload ChessBase 9 and Fritz 12. Now the pieces in both programs "automove" automatically whether I want them to or not (I don't want them to) Does anyone out there in cyberchessland know how to turn this &@^#%$?!! unwanted feature OFF? Of course the help files DO NOT have an entry for "automove."
