try a hard refresh with ctrl + f5, or try clearing your cache:

I'm really sorry to disturb you guys with this but it has become quite a problem. When I use Firefox (web browser), and try to play live chess on chess.com, I can't see any kind of boundaries in my chessboard and there is no colour as well. Its like a square filled with nothing but 32 pieces of chess (arranged in symmetry).
Help will be greatly appreciated.
