And of course more X-mas song are being played at this time ( did you spike the egg-nog yet lol ).
Christmas Carols we Luv and those we Hate lol
I don't celebrate Christmas but for some reason I've always liked "I Heard the Bells on Christmas Day."
Earlier today I was over on YouTube and listened to Leon Redbone with " Frosty The Snowman ", a very good version of that song.
Thanks for the new posts. For those who like carols in the German language ( eg: that old baden character ) there are these: " O Du Frohliche " and " Es Ist Ein Ros Entsprungen " as well as " O Tannenbaun " ( O Christmas Tree ).
--- Earlier I was over on YouTube and happened to find Ivan Rebroff's version of " Es Ist Ein Ros Entsprungen ", very very nice. Also I found a version of " Susse Die Glocken Nie Klingen " done by Nana Mouskouri, a song that just seems to fit so well with her beautiful voice.
Of course another beautiful carol is " Stille Nacht, Heilige Nacht " where I like the version done by the late Peter Alexander, very nice.
Well of course you have the choice to do as you wish but I don't like to play Christmas songs before Dec 1st. Next thing you know people will start hiding the Easter Eggs starting on Jan 1st lol.
