These criteria are the minimum required. For example, you could be townhall 12 with 1850 cups. You just can't be a townhall 7 with like 800 cups. Why so ? Well, we want people to have either maxed out townhalls of lower levels (7,8,9) or intermediate townhalls of higher levels (10+). Especially because of clan leagues which penalize rushed accounts
And as said above, you can have a lower amount of cups/townhall level than stipulated. You would just need to compensate by contributing in a more significant way to the clan.

These conditions may be subject to changes, regarding the evolution of our members and demand. We are currently 46 members our of 50, with stable demand (avg : 2 demands/day)
