I had to go for Sully.  The Colonel was too much like the army vs. the American Indians for me (I am part Indian).  I understand your choice given your background.  I am totally into guns, shooting, and all things military.  I can not go with the destroy everything we do not understand philosophy.

Jake Sully had more personality than the Colonel... and if you notice, the Colonel WAS THE BAD GUY. Recon, you NEVER ROOT FOR THE BAD GUY. That's my job :P
