Hi Venue!
We do try to respect user privacy. If you're not involved in the event which caused a muting, it's bad form of us to go proclaiming the reason in most cases!

I am not part of the event, as you say, but how can I communicate as a person without participating in the event with someone who participates in other events than just the mysterious?
When a person goes wrong, they must understand their mistake, but not be completely isolated from life ...
It seems blocked from sending and receiving messages from friends about him. Am I right?
And how long is that?

The member isn't "completely isolated from life" That comment alone concerns me. They are temporarily muted from posting on chess.com. A chess website is not life.
Website is not life- it is loved important chess life.
