Then I shall tell you. Under the P lay menu, select Online Tournaments. On the tournament panel on the right, click Create Tournament. Then enter the options. The only drawbacks are that Basic Members can only create tournaments with up to seven people with one round. But you could have several tournaments, with one for each round.
I wonder who won.
