It says that God understands everything. That is an indication of being all-knowing, and therefore intelligent.

According to google, intelligence is “the ability to acquire and apply knowledge,”. The Bible says God is all-knowing. This means he has acquired all knowledge there is. Being omnipotent, the Bible also says that God has the ability to apply that knowledge. Therefore, the Bible says that God is intelligent.
And why do you mind so much? You don’t even believe in the Bible, so why do you care about what it says?

Sure. Jesus says in Matthew 19:26 that “With God, all things are possible,” This says that God can do anything, including apply the knowledge that he has.
