Oh, so God's hands are tied, he can't help but send us to hell? I thought God could do anything, but I guess even he has to follow the rules.

So who makes the rules God has to follow?

And by the way, God is the one who made us. A mechanic doesn't get mad at a car he built incorrectly, and the car doesn't deserve anything one way or another. The mechanic could fix it, or throw it away, either way saying it's justice to do ____ is silly. God made us badly, it's his problem. Or...

Or he's not all powerful, so again I'd have to ask who really makes the rules?

lol he made the rules

But you said

jaredjm wrote:

Right, because He made the rules. He can't tolerate sin against Him.

But God can do anything. You started a sentence with "He can't"

He can't do, like, logical contradictions; for example, the 'can God make a rock too big for him to life' question is meaningless nonsense.

So he can't do anything, glad we got that covered.

lol wut?

You said it yourself, he can't do logical contradictions, thus, he can't do anything since a logical contradicition is a thing.

No no no. Your sentence didn't contain a logical contradiction. You said he couldn't tolerate sinners.

It's easy to tolerate sinners, we do it all the time.

Plus, if God is so great, why not just fix the problem? "Oh a snake had a guy eat an apple, I can't possibly fix that"

God sounds pretty lazy actually.

I'm thinking you actually know all the answers to these, as do I. Why waste our time?

How's that baloney? If a contradiction is not a thing nor is it to tolerate (or not) sinners then what are they?

You cant just throw stuff about God around, first off He’s NOT lazy. Stop dissing Him.

Yeah, he's lazy. He got tired of creating the world even though he's supposed to be perfect.

There's also the question, who created God? Saying he (is he a man in the first place?) created himself implies that the Universe could have created itself.

God in the old testament is much worse than lazy. He's vain, vengeful, and casually cruel. He commits all sorts of atrocities including the genocide of the Canaanites and murders innocent babies in Egypt, all in a vain attempt to gain more worship and prove his power.

Ah but you see Manatini, those babies went to heaven, thus, God is great isn't he?

Very true. As Heaven is 100000000+++better than Eart, they don’t have to become a sinner, as a baby is perfect.

God has no beginning, and no end. He is a perfect being.

As I've said, the Canaanites (same as everybody else) were created by God, and sinned horribly against Him. God's punishment was just.

This is the sort of logic that lets people commit horrible acts of violence.

You could even use what you just said to argue for abortion, which I thought religious people didn't like.

(holo that is kinda a bad argument. Also babies aren't perfect.)

God is eternal  He was, and always is!

But we can say the same about the universe and do the same leap of faith as you do to conclude so.

? The universe is obviously decaying, therefore it's not perfect, and can't be eternal.
