Hold in alt and then on your number pad type 44456. Release alt and a ¿ will appear.
Google alt codes for a list of stuff. You can also just google "upside down question mark" and then copy and paste it.
If you're using a windows computer, you can also press windows key + r and in the box that appears type "charmap" and then click ok. It will show you a list of special characters.
