Um I was wonder'in if thar' are countries that will not let or esteemed members not to chat during a battle..

I noticed W/O surprise that thar' a few countries where this seem to be the rule and never tha' execption..

And of course, I have tried a transilator W/O succsess..

Am I right in this line of calculation???
