I did lazy keto/dirty keto for 4 years and it did wonders for me. But I wanted more. So i started researching and came across clean keto. So while i still do keto, I started eating clean. Grass fed, organic food. Like the saying goes: "You are what you eat." But I took it one step further: "You are what your food eats." So i quit eating grain fed meat.
Grass fed organic meat, eggs, chicken.
Organic veggies and fruits.
Lots of water.
Exercise, stretching, sunshine.
If my doctor had his way i would be on 6 prescriptions. I have reversed and or minimized them all.
The only supplement I'm taking is Potassium.....because I don't wanna deal with bananas....

The best parts of my days are usually just salads 🥗 And I have not seen any progress on the side of the pandemic coming towards salad eaters so far. 🤷
Pretty much every day i get home from the gym and i fry up 3 strips of bacon, dice up 2 hard boiled eggs. make a big ole salad with spinach leaves, and all those healthy greens. And top it off with Pink Himalayan salt, coarse ground black pepper, and this awesome chipotle ranch dressing.
And i add an avocado some time and olive oil and half a cucumber and a tomato and sardines lol....
I need meat or i get dizzy and weak....

I have tried avocados and cant eat them. Its a texture thing.
I do add olive oil, or avocado oil to my salad dressing.
I love cucumbers with onions in vinegar and water as a snack.
Again a texture thing, but i cant eat tomatoes. But chop them up into small pieces and thats ok.
