Who doesnt use beginner method, most pros arent on OTF
For f2l, just keep your pairing out of the way of the ones you’ve already solved. Take your time at first and gradually speed up.
For oll, just learn the cross cases at first. That way you can solve yellow cross like beginners method and only have to memorize 7ish algs.
For pll, I don’t really have specific advice, just get an Alg sheet with them all on it and memorize them one by one.

Also don’t knock beginners method, you can still get perfectly adequate times with it, sometimes less than 30 secs if you really push it. Everyone starts somewhere.

The best method is to change the F to an H so you can just CHOP it out.

My tips are first use your beginners method on F2L then learn two look pll and oll. So oll means Orient the last layer where you get the whole top face the same color then pll means permute the last layer this is where you swap all the top layer pieces to solve the cube. Also I recommend a YouTuber Cubeorithms for the tutorial he even taught me two look pll in less than an hour highly recommended
