PLEASE chess.com. Im so tired of the presetted board styles and pieces on live chess. I want to make my own because I know what colors and piece styles work best for my eyes. It would be a HUGE benefit to all players. This needs to be a priority.
You've been here less than a week and you are already "so tired" of the preset board styles that you are demanding changes? (Writing "is a MUST" is shouting. Why shout?)
When you say this would be a "HUGE benefit to all players", did you do a survey of other players to find this out?
Surely, you at least checked the forum history to see how many other threads there were where players demanded the ability to make custom boards?
