Yes they do not seem to mind the cash that I'm paying yearly to get rid of the ads, However the customer service part does seem to be a bit lacking. Will things get better or will they get worse around here ? Time will tell.

heh! staff admits there is an issue with the bots "recognizing" normal words and muting based on that.
but they don't say they are about to fix it.
So we I guess that we need to send big hammers to the staff so that they can " adjust " those goofy auto-bots !
I was recently muted for 10 days. So someone is a snitch within that sort of time frame.
Been warned three times in two weeks, and had no warnings at all before that. One was just for disagreeing with a moderator in conversation.
I really see no point in contacting "customer service".
This is one of well over 100 tabs on my phone (chrome just gives an emoji at that point).
I hate how I got muted for saying something that the bot thinks is inappropriate, then after trying to word it differently several times, I got muted…..
And we are drifting again.
