You must search deep, deep, deep within yourself, and ponder the greatest question of all.

Who, am, I?

Once you have completed this you may then be entrusted with greater knowledge such as that which you currently seek.

How do I lucid dream without a dream log, I can never remember my dreams. I just close my eyes and 4 hours later, I finally fall asleep. Then I suddenly hear my alarm clock going off with no memory of any dreams

Surprising that it takes 4 hours, you might want to get that checked out if that's the actual amount of time (although I assume that's an exaggeration). But literally just make the first thing you do when you wake up that, and as stupid as it sounds, if you remember nothing, journal that too. That way you stick to the habit. The more you do it, the more you will remember. It eventually reaches a point where you find it weird that you used to never remember them.

But I know who I am. I’m only 13, there’s not much I could be rn
I just want to know how I can spray spaghetti at random people in my dreams tbh

Gosh dam it, on random occasions I'll have dreams where I'm almost like a Demi god, then other dreams I'm reduced to a weakling of my real self

That's sadly how regular dreams are, some are great, some are boring. Some are unnerving. But all becoming more vivid, interesting and detailed when you stick to dream journalling, because it sharpens the area of your brain that generated those thoughts in the first place, your memory center.

Once I started a dream one night, and finished it another! 😱

Ah, fair, insomnia sucks and time does indeed seem to slow down so much. Pro tip is to think about random whatever, as insomnia usually comes from focusing on something too hard, which leads to focusing on not being able to fall asleep too hard, and the cycle repeats. So just distract yourself, and read a book or do something that promotes more abstract thought before bed so you don't fixate on stuff that keeps you up.

Those are great! I've had many a recurring theme and a few times dreamed the exact same plot scene for scene twice in two completely different nights almost a year apart. That was wild, and somehow I still remember it despite being from my childhood long ago.

Anyways, gn all! And good luck to anyone else in a similar timezone. Remember, the longer the sleep, the better the dreams!

I dreamed that I had to collect accessory tokens which all looked different and had several abilities. One of them was called the “Activity Stone” which allowed warping, and to earn it I had to play a weird form of King of the Hill on a bunk bed with my sisters with the goal of being the only one on the top. The token looked like a glowing yellow sphere with fancy engravings, and had the description “Travel the World”. I woke up after collecting this token.

Weird dream today lol

But hey I had a surprising amount to put down

No dreams for me! I can’t even remember anything at all.

APersonWhoYoyos
40 that’s ok! Happens at first sometimes. I also find I tend to remember my dreams better during the winter so that might also have something to do with it

Bump for slightly different time zones, I have an exam in a few minutes
