I also agree it should be irl and not online. Online you can never really know that much about them as opposed to in-person where it is quite easy to get to know your partner.
If someone is dating fr then it should be kept out of the forums. Fake couples (like Rev and Kayla) are fine, they are just another type of "humor" we use for some reason.

I have seen this become a issue in otf. my opinion is to keep the dating in pms, as dating in otf can become annoying to other users. this is only my opinion.
