Here is the game in question with complete annotations of when I clicked the draw button. The button never changed to claim draw. I have had numerous incidences of threefold repetition since in which I have clicked the draw button and the game has ended in a draw and the button never changed as you claimed it did. So whose side of the story is more credible? Mine or yeres30. I have already reported you for abuse BTW for your false accusation toward me. I unlike yeres30, played the game and know EXACTLY  when I hit the draw button.

So there's the entire game. I would definitely assert my story is far more believable than yeres30's false accusations and yet you state his false accusations are more credible? Ask yourself--WHO WAS PLAYING THE GAME IN QUESTION?!? If I was playing the game in question, then my claim is more credible. If yeres30, then his claim is more credible. As it stands, yeres30 is a false accuser and since you, david, have decided to agree with him, you are ALSO a false accuser!!! I find both your behaviours toward me about this game disgusting and revulsive. Why should I stand for false accusation? david, you are reported for abuse.

I think you click draw when the position that was repeated is on it's third reapeat, so instead of clicking draw when he played Kd6, you should have clicked draw when he played 46...Qd7

on this site that may be true but it is entirely out of line with FIDE (which says the player must claim the draw showing the intention to make the move without making the move), the USCF (in agreement with FIDE), and other sites (which would just simply automatically end the game as a draw). Regardless, yeres30 was stating that I did not click draw when I did and I blocked him for abusiveness (I find false accusations abusive) and I find it sad and discouraging that one of the staff members of this website would continue the abuse (which is more what this thread in particular is about). And so david has been reported.

If you want to see my entire argument about the draw feature on this site, I have another forum on that. The entire thread delved into ad hominem, cherry-picking, and various other logical fallacies that I had to go on a blocking tirade because no one was actually contributing to the discussion.

I agree that its pretty confusing how to get a draw in this site, im pretty low uscf (1500) I usually claim a draw right after I play the move that makes it a 3-fold, but then people still say check on my level XD. I feel that there should be an option to auto claim a draw because on increment time controls you might not want a draw, just time.

Maybe OP had a hard time hitting the button.

I do not need to put up with false accusations against me from either members on here or staff. It's abusive and I do not need to be abused.
