One thing that should be in the 1st comment is resources to use for help, along with advice on talking to a loved one
i'm going through a journey of getting help, and the first step was having a mental breakdown in front of my mother
but I think just saying it would be fine
and if you don't want to say it, for now, don't worry. you should, but I know how stressful it is
even though i csnt give much advice i’m still able to listen if you wanna say anything bro
