It is very important to understand Depression is a clinical condition. If true feelings of depression are being experienced- appropriate professional help should be sought. It is a mental condition that needs treating by qualified, certified professionals in the medical field. Any persons here should not be placing themselves in a position to offer any advice, no matter the well intentioned, to anyone suffering from Depression.

thats the most difficult challenge not anyone especially those with bipolar and severe depression can be able to just find motivation from the gecko. of course i understand what you saying but i just dont know how to find that motivation if i were that person cause i dont really know what i am doing anymore now. so if i were that person i would just feel like i dont really have any meaning or purpose in my life except to just live it and hopefully try
