Hello!

I am Carlos, from Brazil, I'm 57 years old and  diabetics, but I don't use insuline.
I would like to exchange experience with other diabetic people.

Doctors nurses and evey other person that can help are also welcome.

Lets give a checkmate in this infamous disease!

Recently a cure for diabetes has been found....in a few years this disease will be history! Hang on until then!

Since he didn't give any concrete information, I suspect @ByzantineGlory is just trolling.

Well this thread will probably be moved to "Off Topic" as soon as a mod sees it, but OK.

I was never tested, but I'm fairly sure that I was pre-diabetic before I changed my diet several years ago. I'm doing well now - pretty sure I'll never get diabetes.

I will move it myself, if I can.

If you are pre-diabetics (has glucose from 100 to 125 mg/dL), don't let it become diabetes.
Many people have diabetes and don't know.
They say that 463 million people  of the world has diabetes.(WHO, 2019)

Make your medical checkup regularly.

Post-diet change, I did have a couple of blood glucose levels taken. They were in the low 80s. :-)
