Can anyone send me any proxy's or game sites please. 
You can find them yourself easily enough, just use a seperate device to look for them, or if you can't, see if they've blocked VPNs. If so, maybe just accept defeat and realize they restricted those things for a reason? (not that I don't use stuff like that occassionally)
