long distance relationships rely on the fact that they once shared a connection IRL and now they are maintaining it and long idstance relationships never really last because of the lack of connection and face to face interactions between one and another

Yeah whatever u all say is general about most relationships, for us it both works and is going great so u all can't say our relationship isn't real

Online dating can be good or bad. You're either talking with someone who is being truthful about everything, or some creepy fifty-five-year-old man. Of course, people have made great relationships out of it that have blossomed, and others have just been a train wreck. Different people all have different experiences. I don't think that it's a good thing just because you don't know what you're setting yourself up for or who you're (truly) talking with. But, I'm a skeptic of any and everyone, so it's not like my opinion matters.
