Uh, yes. Of course it depends on the situation and the manner you do it in, but 95% of time, it is indeed rude to talk back to an adult.

Depends. A valid point isn't talking back. Being arrogant and rude is talking back.

I mean like let’s say you get in trouble. They ask you why you did it, and when you answer, they say you are being rude by talking back.

if your reason is valid and not something like "i wanted to" or "i dont know" then it isn't rude unless you actually say something disrespectful
