Never got on with Dr Seuss as a kid. Preferred Stephen King.

Was sort of a hack in the 90's/00's that you couldn't get out horror films because of age rating but you could get pretty much anything out of the library.

Is it the four? novel set or just the first book? It's an hilarious read. I actually watched the movie yesterday. It's pretty good but couldn't do the book justice, of course.

I think my favorite book (I change things all the time to keep myself confused) is The Lord of the Rings. The movies were a tremendous effort but there is so much more in the book. If someone's idea of LotR is the movie then they really need to read the book.

I was reading Lovecraft in fifth grade. I've sometimes wondered if that's where a few of my mental kinks came from.
