Praying is the way religious people talk to their respective deities. It cannot be used to telepathically broadcast thought. If I could do so, I’d blast Rick astleys ‘never gonna give you up’ just to piss people off
In silent prayer you speak through the mind and wish Some one can hear it.
If you can accomplish that, what's to say you cannot communicate telepathically to another?
