i would like to know if time is actually ever so slowly accelerating ? presuppose the BB and space is increasing right ? i feel that randomness could be tied to the S-T Continuum, but i hafta associate w/ the S-T C first...which i havent so there. are there randomness follicles s/h joined to consciousness ?

It is a truism that only dimensionless values can ever be meaningful. We are fooled that it is otherwise by using "standard units", but with these what you are doing is comparing the size of something to something else with the same units, eg a length to a standard length. The ratio is dimensionless.

Anyhow, for your hypothetical, you need to clarify what this ratio is.
