Encrypted chess messages

Hi! I recently got interested (almost obsessed) with the idea of chess cryptography, encrypting messages using chess. So I decided to develop a website app to allow users to encrypt a short text message and display it as a chessboard, where the pieces (representing the letters of the message) are positioned according to a password.
