I joined it and had a start day and everything. The first day I was too busy to do it. Same with the second day. Then even when I wasn't busy, I didn't attempt it.
I jog 2 miles 4-5 times a week, but unfortunately no muscle work! Give me some of your motivation please

I haven't been doing push-up this hard since I was a private in the artillery 10 years ago.
I have only started every day with 20-30pushups since.
