sometimes chess.com bans for no reason

I have theory, maybe her computer had virus forcing her to be not nice, but now she removed the virus using antibiotic and her account is back

Why?

it's because she had hooked up her yearly income to a Nigerian prince in Canada and now she is very mad about it, which caused her account to get ban

Or she has been eaten by a troll that looks like shrek and pennywise’s mixture.

No, chess.com does not ban for no reason. They have a Community Policy (https://www.chess.com/legal/community) and give out bans or mutes only when the rules of said policy are violated. I don't doubt that she was nice to you, but every single time a forum-user gets banned or muted, one of their friends says that they did nothing wrong ; there's nothing new here. The chess.com moderators have seen it a million times.
I recommend that all new members read the Terms of Service and Community Policy before using any of the social features on chess.com. If everyone read what they were signing up for before indulging in it, I'm sure we wouldn't have nearly as many bans and mutes here.
chess.com reopened her old acc even tho she didnt ask for them to do so. and they saw her current acc and banned bc they thought she was multi-accounting. but she got it worked out
my friend
