13 is the number of bad luck.

But if decide to attack it too soon, you will have worse luck!

This makes me wonder if numerology or some other sort of mathematical "code" could be applied to chess somehow...after all, the chessboard has 64 squares, each piece has a certain number of points associated with it, etc...I wouldn't begin to know hiw to calculate any of that into an equation or numerological "code", but there *seems* to possibly be *something* there...
