Falling asleep

Another good way is just to think about those who you enjoy talking/playing with and thinking about them/memories. That works well for me.

Exercise during the day. Exhaust yourself and you won't have trouble falling asleep.
I go on a 1 hour walk but yet I can't. Thanks though

Just threaten yourself. Say "ricechess, if you dont fall asleep NOW! I will glue your eyes shut"
It works for me.
