Farvel from Danish

I know I haven’t been here for very long, only a few months, but I feel like I’ve gotten to know quite a few of you. Otf is a really nice and inclusive community, and I’m thankful for how well you welcomed me. I’ve made some fantastic friends and met some wonderful people throughout my time here, but unfortunately nothing lasts forever. I have decided to take a break from otf for an indefinite period of time. As much as I tried to convince myself of the contrary, I feel I’m too old to be a part of this community. Everyone here is much younger than me, and it feels a bit awkward sometimes. I’ve been on a work trip for the past week, and I’ve been feeling very homesick, and miss Erin a lot. I’ve realised how much she really means to me, and have decided to spend more time with her, as much as I can, and hope to evolve our relationship from dating to something more. I’ll still be on c.c, and I’ll try to respond to all dms if you still want to chat. Lastly, I would like to name a few of my closest friends:
