If you cut a burger in half and ate one half of it now and the other half 6 hours later, would you be less hungry 12 hours later than if you had just eaten the whole burger now?

youll be the same hungry because you ate the same amount of burger in that 12 hour window

I think... no. Your body would probably absorb the burger longer if you ate it now, thus taking the same amount of time as if you spaced it out

With any other food, I would agree with the previous two answers. However, protein tends to fill your body up more regardless of the amount. So I would make the argument that you would be hungry, yes, but you would be more hungry if you just ate the whole thing.

I think you can stave off hunger slightly longer rationing it out but if you're having to optimize eating a hamburger for nutrient efficiency you probably have bigger problems to worry about.
If it's a chicken burger then I'd just eat it.
