Here's how it works: One person makes a wish, and the next person in the thread grants it, but adds an unfortunate twist. For example, I could say 'I wish I had a cat' and the next person might say 'Wish granted, but it's a feral rabid cat.' (You can grant a wish and make your own wish in the same message, but separate them to avoid confusion)
I'll start! I wish I had something to eat right now.
