I think the migration thing will stop when FN wins tho. I assume they are going to win in not so long time, probably next presidential. And the normal right will have to copy their policies to a large extent to continue to exist.

It's scary for me with a FN-ruled France though, because Jean-Marie Le Pen was so crazy. They say his daughter is different but my feeling is she is just making facade to win more votes, she is a woman so better at manipulating and veiling her true self than her father. 

I saw interviews with her and she can give journalists this sort of mafioso glance ... hinting "be careful what you say to me now, because i never forget anything and i will once be ruler of france... you just might get bad problems someday ... very bad very unpleasant problems."

I don't see that glance in "normal" politicians.

NB: I'm not against death penalty because I want to be kind with criminals or because I have some sort of excuse culture. I'm against (I mean really against) death penalty because I do not trust the state enough to give it the right to kill people that way.

All the theory about human rights is about this. Human rights are not actually citizen rights. They are duties of the state, and bans on certains state actions, nothing more. The only goal is to protect the people from the state, which is intrinsically obnoxious. All history available has proven beyond any doubt that a state was primarly an alliance between  a bunch of wealthy people and a military cast, whose purpose was to protect the wealth and the privilge of the wealthy ones.

  Just look at the recent events: french feared for their security and allowed the "emergency state" which include the possibility to force some selected people to stay at home without trial.
