Free Runners - Guide Dogs

Just heard of this new scheme introduced by Guide Dogs..Free Runners.  You can volunteer to walk a guide dog off lead as much or as little as you like for a guide dog owner who cant get out.  This is for the well being of the dog and to stop them getting overweight.  Your local guide dog centre will give details..you choose how often you want to help and how far you are prepared to travel.

This is a great idea, those poor dogs are often quite a bit overweight and probably terribly frustrated.

I already walk my neighbour Martha’s husband three times a week because of similair symptoms 

It is a good idea but very poorly advertised..thus my forum. 

Anything for bunnies? 

It was tried once but discovered that the guide bunnies were getting enough exercise from chasing other bunnies. 

And after catching the bunnies as well.  I forget sometimes ...

Speaking of which,  Martha's husband really should get more exercise.  If only he sang as well as he wrote.
