death by being shredded by a room with the floor always moving and made out of sandpaper, so when you stop to rest you risk having some of your skin being shredded, as the exhaustion kicks in you start loosing more and more skin till you eventually pass out and it stands right through your vital organs.

death by a bed of nails! laying on it still might puncture a little bit if you move even a little bit you slide right into the needles, even deeper this time. super slow death and super painful. 10/10 in my book
Death by being putting wet cement on your legs then throwing your body underwater (i know this has been done before) BUT i put a camera on your body and show your family the footage of you slowly dying, all alone. also did i mention you have an air tank with little air

death by space! like outer space. Just going out into space is really dangerous being that if you even have the slightest amount of air in your lungs when you go out you’ll inflate immediately and in some cases you can actually pop, then the immense heat or cold will surely kill you, going back to the inflating aspect if you watched guardians of the galaxy 3 that’s essentially what happens to you in space.
Death by being buried under your family's house. You are in a coffin, Barely hanging onto life. Oxygen is low and you keep screaming for help. Your families do not hear your cries for help and you die all alone. Family just above you.
