[GAME] Town RP

I recently read about a subreddit called r/wehavemet (I don’t have Reddit I was just looking around on Wikipedia, when I came across its page). From what I gathered, in this subreddit, people pretended that they were all part of a town, and that they all knew each other. I thought this would be interesting, so I would like to try it on this thread, but first, I would like to set the rules:
1. All rules of chess.com still apply here
2. You do not have to pretend that you know everyone, because I think it’a a dumb rule. You can if you want, but you don’t have to.
3. You MUST remain in character at all times. If you have a question that needs to be asked out of character, message me (I might get an out of universe club set up if enough people ask me questions, but I’m not sure yet.)
4. When you first post, you must declare who you’re character is (more on this in a second) and stay as the at character; no switching.
5. Your character cannot be a real life person. For example, you can be President of the United States John Smith, but you cannot be President Joe Biden.
6. Please post in English if you could. If you don’t speak English or don’t speak it well enough, no worries.
And that’s it! I’m going to explain what this town is going to be like:
Town name: Mando city
Economy: we are a capitalist town, but we’re a rather small town, so there aren’t many big businesses.

Politics: We have a mayor (which is me) with occasional elections.

Employment: There are many employment opportunities in our town. You can either start your own business or work at an existing place. We have the Microsoft computer factory, the Kentucky Fried Chicken, the Little Caesar’s, a Panera Bread, the library, as well as the school and university.

Education: we have the aforementioned school and university.

Climate: we have rather warm summers and cold winters. Average July temperature is 85 degrees Fahrenheit during the day, and 70 degrees at night. The average January temperature is 20 degrees Fahrenheit during the day, and 10 degrees at night.

Character system: when you first post, you need to pick your character. Offer a brief description that will look something like this:

Name: Character’s name
Age: characters age
Occupation: what does your character do? Your job is not fixed, so this is one aspect that will change.

This person does not have to be you ( I will not be using myself for this), in fact, it would probably be best if it wasnt. My characters description is

Name: Jaster Marrel
Age: 24
Occupation: Mayor and Mandalorian
