why were moves wasted on the a&b3 pawns?  No center development, nothing in place to stop the mate. Did the queen attack it's current position from h4 or f6? And what were the order of the moves?

the queen have only moved twice so it attacked from f6 or h4 or if white made the move f4 then the queen might have moved 3 times and attacked from f6 in that case.
