Heard of trans males or trans females? They're kinda like the "official" third gender. Not so sure what demisexual falls under

A child born with both sets of genitalia would logically mean there are males, females and other!!

Or if you got through surgery to get both breasts, the v and/or the p

Being born with both genitalia doesn't mean ur magically a third gender. it means u have genitals from both genders. Again intersex people make up less than 1% of the population, so it doesn't make sense to call them a third gender. On top of that the vast majority of the population of intersex people just opt into the gender their bodies are more in tune to. 

This stupid argument is tan-amount to saying people have 2 types of hands because there are rare outliers of people who have 6 fingers instead of 5.

But what about men who identify as female? Or female who identify as men? Is gender about what we were born with or how we behave?

Life doesn't care about ur subjective opinion of what gender u want to subscribe to. Call urself a demisexual "other" dolphine, at the end of the day ur a human thats either male or female, which doctors can identify before ur even born.
