Since the site has made a commitment to providing services for non-paying members, they may well be interested in feedback from those members, although probably at a lower priority than for paid features. But for a non-paying member to issue demands and insults as the OP has requires a high degree of jerkdom.
What is wrong with Chess.com?

I disagree with the common misconception that revenue must shrink if you don't focus on acquiring new customers. When you focus on serving your existing customers with more offers, more often, (at higher margins) you can generate far more profit and revenues. Why? Because all the money you would have invested on converting a prospect into a lead and into a new customer, you save, because they were already your customer. Hower, it's not an either/or proposition. Ideally, you keep the leads flowing in, get more customers and keep them. I'd much rather have a smaller list of loyal repeat high end clients than a list of a million who never bought anything. But this isn't the right place for that discussion.

So, where is the MOVE LIST?
Why hasn't it still been implemented in the app? It is 1000 times as useful as the idiotic send button.
Hello, developers, if you can read
Just saying, if you do not subscribe, you have no right to criticise Chess.com.
If you do not suscribe, you have no leverage against chess.com, but you certainly have the right to criticize it. Both legally (at least in most countries), and in my opinion morally as well.
That being said, chess.com also has the right to ignore you and laugh at your suggestion, even if you are a subscriber, but it might not be a very wise policy in that case.
