Go Vegetarian

that sounded too wrong ...
The little cat paws sometimes hit the wrong keys, I guess...

I just looked up the keto diet although I've heard of it for a couple years, first heard the term watching videos about fasting. The thing I don't understand is if the diet is taking in high fat foods how is the body forced to consume more of the existing fat? It sounds contradicting.

it has to be choice , many will rebel against being told "whats good for them "and stubbornly keep scoffing meat just to annoy you lol
some turn to non meat for reasons of the cruelty involved for animals , some for health reasons , some because culturally its the norm to be vegetarian ,
at present im omniverous , but i could easily revert to non meat , again , it is a disciplined diet though as temptation to lapse is all around ,

im struggling to see the connection between my post and your reply nerves but its not important , in the grand scheme of things
be who you want to be mate do what you want to do , cos thats exactly my look on life

Oh yes the rebel..."No one is going to tell me what to do..."
It's more often a case of "judge and be judged".
Most people are fine with chatting about diet - not so much with being lectured.
I'll keep that in mind when I go.
