    I don't think you don't have to make multiple forum topics about the same thing..

if you have taken a decision of closing your account, then there is nobody going to stop you from doing it.

 some of your friends might say don't close, but it's your choice. 

* your account,your choice,your decision * 

and the reason of you closing your account is a useless one.

 but it's your choice.

i can tell some things for you to come back and solve your problems.

let me tell one by one  

Titled in bullet [  dropped down from 1400 to 1300..

having a titled in any of the variants or time control, it's fine, everyone will have it. even i had it. but i never closed my account for that issue. i just changed my theme and practiced chess a lot and then played some games and i got my rating back. also playing puzzle battle till you get mad makes you improve your chess.

playing bullet never ever helps you in improving Chess.

go on play some blitz and rapid i am sure you would win  if you lose practice a lot and play puzzle battle till you get mad by playing it. 

And my club not growing : 

* this is the useless reason ever i heard for closing an account * 

having your club not growing might makes you sad. but you can try working so hard and get some members.

make some activities, matches and everything. 

there is nothing else to do with this reason.

I can tell my story of my blitz rating. 

here's my story : 

when i started chess and practiced a lot i registered to chess.com and then my rating was 100. and i started playing some games and got it to 500 and then gone to 1000 i was soo happy by seeing it. but after some days i got titled and got dropped to 400 rating on blitz. it made me sad and then one day i lost my account password of that account and email. so i created this and  a months ago i got that account and i closed it and i am currently using this. i have now 1300+ rating on blitz [ got it today ] 

and i played many many puzzle battle till i got mad everyday if you do the same you might also come to a good position on chess and have a good time with chess. 

i play puzzle battle and games every day with no holiday on playing them.

If you really want to close your account then you can straightly go and close it down. : close my account

 have a good time on chess.com!
