"Ready or not, here I come!" he shouted. He was a young boy who appeared to be in his early teens. He had neat, short hair, the color of a grizzly bear's fur. Dressed in a blue, short-sleeved t-shirt, black trousers with a vertical white stripe on both sides, and casual gray sneakers. After a few minutes of searching for his friends, he stopped in his tracks for a moment–he knew heard a rustle in the nearby grass! "I know you're there Matt!" he exclaimed. Running into the grass, he expected to find his friend Matthew crouched over, hiding, but to his amazement, he instead saw a book. Out of curiosity, he picked it up and dusted it off. The cover had no apparent title, but instead had an indented form of a spider. He stared at it momentarily until he snapped out of his current train of thought. He heard whispers, soft but apparent. Puzzled, he held his ear to the book. There was definitely someone, or something, whispering. He opened the book, and his eyes grew wide. "Guys! I found–" his cry was cut off as he seemingly vanished into thin air.
