Having weight issues

I am 200 pounds and 6'0 ish but my arms and upper body is quite small... now I am "fat" but I am not so fat, like you couldn't tell I was fat by looking at me but the point is:

How much weight should I lose in (fat); but I feel rather small and my upper body is quite small too so like if I lost 40 pounds of "fat" and gained 10 pounds of muscle that seems SUCH A BIG amount fat or weight to me weird...

But anyhow I feel rather small and my upper body and arms are small so... and I am not so fat weird...

Trying vegetarian diet for a while may help you out. I was vegetarian all throughout my university days because I hard bought into the conspiriacy theiryo that meat and dairy is extremely bad for your health. Plus the whole I love animals thing. Still I flip fliop back and fourth, maybe I have a burger or a steak like once or twice a month. That being said, I kinda have the opposite problem, too skinny of a guiy people say and I yoused to be bulled for it in high school, but nowadays I don't really car. Lots of people on youtube that I follow such as Teal Swan and Ralph Smart and Leo Gura vouch for vegetarian diet too, so they are probably better to hear from about it than me

This is normal some people gain fat but doing actually show it, just lose weight until your desired weight
Avatar of ChampoftheBepoCamp

Its not about losing weight exactly... I know I am skinny but i am not really so fat like you couldn't tell I was fat and all I look fine in that sense but I know I am small in muscle... like going down to 170 pounds

Eat the maintenance calories of a 170lbs person and you will eventually be 170lbs

Lol im also 6' and 200Lb. Just start weightlifting

Avatar of KyloAPPROVES

Keep in mind, weightlifting doesn't burn nearly as many calories as walking/running does

Avatar of KyloAPPROVES

But lifting (obviously) has a lot of benefit
