Having weight issues

At the age you describe, you can easily put on 20 pounds of muscle in a year. It's not uncommon. However, you need to also lose weight. There's not really any more science about weight loss beyond CUT CALORIES AND MOVE. People try random diets and bullcrap, but in reality you don't need to sacrifice meat and eat random stuff that doesn't taste good. Order a single cheeseburger instead of a double, and count the calories with an app. Myfitnesspal is a good one. Just pay attention to caloric intake you do on a regular basis, and then average an intake, and reduce it by 500. While also going to the gym, you will lose weight and gain muscle easily.

Being fat helps build muscle Because fat is just fuel to spend on working

Also the best walking/running workout is [walk for 1 minute then run for 1 minute. Rinse and repeat]

The Western diet is increasingly high in added sugars, and this has definite links to obesity, even when the sugar occurs in beverages rather than food.

Refined carbohydrates are heavily processed foods that no longer contain fiber and other nutrients. These include white rice, bread, and pasta.

These foods are quick to digest, and they convert to glucose rapidly.

Excess glucose enters the blood and provokes the hormone insulin, which promotes fat storage in the adipose tissue. This contributes to weight gain.

Where possible, people should swap processed and sugary foods for more healthful options. Good food swaps include:

Whole-grain rice, bread, and pasta instead of the white versions.

Fruit, nuts, and seeds instead of high-sugar snacks.

Herb teas and fruit-infused water instead of high-sugar sodas.

Smoothies with water or milk instead of fruit juice.

Nah man, I'm good. Everyone on the internet claims to be an expert at everything. I don't know who to listen to, or whose advice is actually legit. When I actually have a problem and need help, or the shooes are on my foot and I'm the one asking for advice that's the time I will think about chainging up what I'm doing. I stopped jammin music with him, and hanging out at his place cuz he kept giving me advice and telling me what to do, when i did not ask for advice, he just want to think he smrt and display his percieved intelligence. Why I wanna take advice from a guiy who is 10 years older than me, yet had to borrow from me $500 every month and beg me to moove in becuze he cant afford his rent cant afford to pay his bills, yet wanna give advice like he more smrter than me or something.

You will die. Maybe in 10, maybe in 80 years, but ... you and your memories, preferences, tendencies etc. will cease to exist. Cool, huh? You live without consequences, essentially.

Red pepper helps burn fat faster. Eat something with red pepper on it before exercising👌

I lost 20 kg (45 pounds) walking 3 km (1.9 miles) per day, in 8 months.

Better thing is walking a lot and eat few.

My grandma knows a recipe for a awful tasting drink that has a bigger calorie burning effect then just red pepper

I'm gaining weight too but it's a little different for me because I'm a woman. You should try talking to a doctor to see what a good target is.
